Final examinations for nurses who had attended additional training in community nursing were successfully conducted at the Educational Center of the Primary Health Care Center Mostar.

This training, organized to help strengthen the capacities of field health professionals, brought together 31 participants from 11 primary health care centers from Herzegovina-Neretva and West Herzegovina cantons. After successfully completing the exams, all participants earned the title of qualified community nurses - experts who will contribute to the improvement of health care in local communities with their knowledge and engagement.

The training program included a combination of theoretical lectures, practical exercises, field work and exchange of experiences, with an emphasis on the application of good practice in everyday work. In addition to acquiring professional competencies, the training was also an opportunity for networking and new friendships among health professionals with a common mission - to provide quality and accessible care to all in need.
