During the preparatory phase (phase II: March-Sept 2017), we approached and mapped all relevant actors in Doboj municipality. Thereafter, we analysed barriers and local resources through inter-professional focus groups including identified stakeholders.

Based on the results of the questionnaire (phase I) and focus groups (beginning of phase II) we held several inter-professional working groups with all stakeholders and representatives of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Republika Srpska (RS) as a strategic partner. Together, we identified and designed a patient cantered inter-institutional model for end of life care and support to be implemented in Doboj municipality.
