Four intensive and inspiring days of training under the topic "Leadership in Nursing" have been successfully concluded, bringing together lecturers and participants from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina with a common goal – to strengthen nurses’ leadership competencies.

Through a dynamic combination of theoretical lectures, interactive workshops and simulations, participants jointly built knowledge and developed skills in the areas of strategic management, human resource development, business communication, organizational skills and public advocacy. A strong network of trainers - the foundation for future cooperation and joint professional development was created exchanging experiences and providing mutual support.

Specific tools and approaches for strengthening the public visibility of the nursing profession were presented on the final training day under the topic "Voice of Nursing - Campaigns for Health".

This training was implemented thanks to strong inter-entity cooperation and partnership between the Federal Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Republika Srpska, whose joint engagement is an example of a responsible approach to building a more resilient and quality healthcare system in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We extend special gratitude to the Embassy of Switzerland in Bosnia and Herzegovina and it’s the long-standing program of support to nurses, continuous investments in strengthening nurses’ capacities, contribution to safer, more accessible and quality healthcare for all citizens.

Leadership in nursing is not just an individual skill – it is developed and strengthened through trust, cooperation and a shared vision of better healthcare.
