Within the Nursing Now global campaign, nursing students and nurses in practice for less than five years, are invited to participate in free training to be held on 16-22 May 2019 in Geneva. Thirty young nurses, representing all WHO regions, will be selected to participate. Application deadline is 31 March 2019.

The aim is to help future and young nurses at the start of their careers better understand the importance of international health policy and how to influence it. As the training will be held just before the annual World Health Assembly, the selected candidates will have an opportunity to attend the World Health Assembly. Financing is available for air fares, accommodation, meals and visas.
