Working group to develop an action plan for the implementation of external evaluation recommendations
During Phase 1, the project supported improvement of community nursing services for the most vulnerable population in ten BIH municipalities. An independent, external evaluation of the achieved results concluded that the main objective – increase of access for vulnerable groups – has been to a larger extent achieved. At the same time, it gave a number of recommendations for the roll-out of the CN model in project Phase 2. Organisation of additional training in emergency medicine, introduction of electronic files/enabling access to nurses to the existing electronic files, and changes in the reporting system are some of the recommendations. During the first year of project Phase 2, entity-level working groups are given the task to develop an action plan for the implementation of the recommendations.
