The four-day training "Communication in Healthcare" for nurses, organized in Tomislavgrad as part of the Strengthening Nursing in Bosnia and Herzegovina project, was successfully completed. Lectures and numerous workshops were provided by Dr. Goran Cerkez, Assistant Federal Minister of Health, Irina Rizvanovic, Psychologist/Psychotherapist,  PhD Prof. Nermina Mujagic and Zlatan Persic.

Communication is one of the fundamental skills in healthcare and nowadays not only a need but also an obligation for every healthcare worker. Having in mind that nurses are the ones who spend the most time with patients, it is very important that they strengthen their communication skills.  Trainings in this segment are organized on regular basis for nurses at all levels of health care within the Component C of the Strengthening Nursing in Bosnia and Herzegovina project (ProSes), which focuses on the development of nurses management and leadership skills.
